Were do I start? I spent over an hour on the phone to various people, most of that on hold. My credit card was declined 2 weeks ago before that through no fault of my own. My bank alerted me to a potential fraud so I had to postpone my renewal. Today I tried to renew on the phone and add the same driver as before and had to go back to the start with her having waited by now an hour. Although I knew that OneCall had all my and her details. Then just trying to bring the insurance forward one week for us incurred a £30 extra, although I was told that this was not an admin fee. Polite agents working within a very flawed system!
