I tried to get my son added to our car policy for 2 days so that he could use my car to take my wife and myself to and from from Heathrow on 7th and 28th September.
I was informed that this would cost £128.00, which I find totally unacceptable - I could get a taxi for this price.
Not a useful or helpful response or service.
