Was on live chat got to position 1 then got message stating that your service no longer on line. Then tried again was awaiting quote for amendment for your service to go down again. Tried phoning was number 29 in queue and your waiting message keeps telling you to go to live chat. I still do not know what my new quote will be for amendment.
Will have to go through all questions and process again. Not happy.
