After waiting a very long time on the phone (the 'on line chat' was off line!!!!)I asked One Call if they could let me know if I could travel to France on my policy.
I was informed that I am insured with Aviva and they don't work on Saturdays.
Please call back on Monday - to wait again presumably?
Just as well I wasn't about to leave to go to France.
