Very poor telephone service and took 30 minutes to get onto a second operator after first person left me holding twice while trying to sort problem. The second person was helpful and took my payment for my car insurance renewal which I needed to supply as my previous card had been stolen and therefore my details were incorrect. Ref: ar6
