Platinum member, it takes 10 minutes waiting on Live Chat to talk to an agent. Then 5 minutes answering security questions, just be told you have to call and speak to someone on the phone.
So a further 2 minutes waisted on the phone, telling you to use Live Chat, the another 8 minutes waiting to be connected to another agent, who says that the query could have been done on Live Chat. That and the additional cost of calling.
Not happy, this is the 3rd time this has happened.
