Basic products incorporated in the original quote was good. However, add ons and available extras felt like you were left with an inferior product.
Unfortunately - within the space of a few days the original quote increased by over £30 based on the same details. Personally, the quote should be honoured from the first price provided not on the updated one. A quote guarantee if you like.
