In spite of being a loyal customer over several years for my car insurance and recommending your company to others, I could not get a competitive quote to renew my car insurance and was therefore obliged to accept a significantly lower (over 30%),alternative from a competitor. To add insult to injury, my refund was drastically reduced by the penalty fees which it then attracted.
The only satisfactory part was when I spoke later to your operative JA9, who expedited my refund very efficiently.
I will not be recommending One Call in the future.
