Tried to record a change of address online. The system collected my new details then directed me to "Live Chat".
Was 12th in the queue and had to wait 10 mins to get contact.
After "chatting" briefly, was advised that could not do this on live chat??? but had to phone "Platinum Team" and then a further wait in another queue!!
Once through, the phone call was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
