I told out this cover on a Saturday evening when I bought an emergency car as mine had broken and was going to take a long time to fix. Cover is not immediate like other companies and I had to wait until mid day on the Sunday until this was sorted which took a phone call to verify. Submitting driver details doesn't work, the online chat function is good if you get someone who knows what they are talking about. I had someone who obviously had to keep going away and finding out the answer and when I questioned the cost of cancelling she came back with 2 different prices. I then called up and spoke to someone else who gave me a completely different price. I have had the policy for 3 weeks and with my deposit and direct debit being taken they still wanted to take nearly £40 from me to cover their cancellation cost and the insurance companies days on cover which I can't find specified in the policy document and the agent on the phone couldn't tell me what this cost per day is and just told me it varies and they use a lot of companies. Which doesn't help me as the customer.
