Not impressed!! After the cooling off period I received two letters threatening to cancel my policy.
I gave my NI no and my licence details when buying the policy. I was never asked for proof of NC discount. Then they lost the first lot and threatened to cancel.
I called and spoke to a very rude man who was no help at all. Then I had to scan in my NC bonus letter and spent 2 days trying to get it to the insurer.
Tried the online chat and was 10th in the que..Eventually the operator agreed to send me a link after saying they don't accept email.
Wish I had stayed with Hastings direct
