Although Iām happy with my cover, I have a platinum policy and have swapped my vehicle over. Wait times are to long, nothing was explained, wrong bank details were used. Iv had to call around 5 times to try and get things sorted. A week after making the change I log onto my customer portal to find it says I was still insured on my old car š¤¦āāļøš¤¦āāļøš¤¦āāļø
