The person I talked to today did fine. The low relates to the no of times I have had to phone. I work 08:00 to 20:00so had to call you in my breaks 5 times I tried jumping through hoops to get the right department then being on hold and having to put phone down as my half hour break was over.
Today I phoned as soon as I finished work again went through the press this press that. Eventually got to speak to a human who told me because my renewal was for "PLATINUM" I WOULD HAVE TO PHONE A DIFFERENT NO. "My reply was less than polite so I was put through to the department and Sat sitting in another queue
