Received renewal. Want to stop automatic renewal as overpriced compared to others. No method of stopping auto renewal through portal, appalling. Have to phone, too many options to get to where you need to be so already hacked off, then in queue of 8 "due to high volume of calls" at 8am, nothing to do with volume of calls, you don't have enough operators on shift. Try live chat, available from 8am except it's not is it. Was going to give you a chance to requote but by the time I got through to an operator, just cancelled auto renew.
