Very efficient when opening a policy, though the call handler seemed very rushed. I called to correct details on my policy this morning, was told I was number 30 in the queue and it would be much quicker if I tried live chat, I logged onto live chat to be told nobody available and please try later. In my opinion that is poor customer service. I wish I had paid more and stayed with Hastings.
