Disappointed. Was asked to add licence details on portal ..I did do promptly. 3 days later I receive a text saying my insurance will be cancelled as I haven't given licence details. I re-entered details.. I have been able to get confirmation if my insurance is still valid. On hold for 20 minutes only to be cut off and live chat does not work. Frustrating.
