I chose the policy on moneysupermarket. The options I wanted were all ticked. I was impressed and took the insurance out. The price was misleading. It appears to be the marketing. I chose based on price. I spent ages going through all the questions and it was only at the very end that what's supposed to be " included " is actually an optional extra.
I have just spent ages calling to see what the cooling off period is. It is impossible to get through. yes impossible. I have tried pressing every option and the computerised voice just repeats itself until it cuts off
I needed to take out a policy so I continued. However I was very disappointed as the price was different. For example the replacement car only included a car subject to availability. This is no good. not pleaed at all
