Overall a cheapest option for my car insurance, can't really complain at that, however it was a fairly old car and sadly failed its MOT to the extent that it was going to be written off. Went to claim any remaining refund from the total premium and was told I would be charged the full premium. Very disappointing considering the excessively high premiums across the board of all insurers. A minimal refund would have helped me personally a lot, for what is minimal benefit for them.
