I got a quote. It was good. I took the policy out online. I then phoned my previous insurance company to cancel, at which point previous company improved their quote.
I tried to cancel the new insurance with One Call within half an hour of set up and they wanted to charge me £49.99 admin fee!
I think that is awful. I have stayed with One Call only because the admin fee is so huge it is not financially viable to change!
They won't be getting my busy next year.
