Sorry to say the Customer Service on the online chat by Victoria means my opinion of the company and likelihood of using it ever again or recommending it to anyone has been reduced to zero.
Just hope that my record of no accidents for over 25 years continues for another year, I doubt the service on a claim would be very good if they cant provide information about a policy query!
