He asked for a driving licence code as they could not access the information. If I could not provide the information he said the policy would be cancelled. I got the access code from the DVLA and called him back and spoke to one of his colleagues who said he was not available and he would call me back. He has not called me back since. The driving licence access code is available should you still wish to check it and this code is valid for a further 12 days.
