i spoke to rc2...very helpful but ultimately couldn't help me, not her fault..
couldn't change vehicle through the portal, but the website doesn't tell you that you can only do that with a private car, not a motorcycle...maybe someone can add that bit of quite important info to the site...as it is, it looks like i may have to cancel my insurance anyway, but a phone call tomorrow will tell me if i do or not...hopefully, customer services are better than the website
