I had three calls from you, each time I had my my phone in my hand but it only rang once or twice not giving me chance to answer meaning I then had to make the call back.
The guy I spoke to on Friday had a strong accent and spoke way to fast for me to understand what he was saying, twice I had to ask /tell him to slow down. He also had the wrong figures for my repayment schedule. Luckily I had received correct details by email.
I have only just started this policy and o am already regretting my decision to choose your company.
