Spoke to Shaun today ref my insurance quotation to commence on 10/6/2019. Bit by bit he advised me that my premium would go up from the original quote. I than said I could get a better quote and to cancel the policy and refund my deposit. He then said if I cancelled it now I would be charged £49.00 to cancel. This is disgusting the policy has not even started yet and I do know that in transaction I have 14 days to change my mind. I have cancelled this policy and if you do not refund my deposit and even try to charge me £49.00 cancellation fee, I will be contacting the Financial Ombudsman.
