Couldn't get through on phone, tried Live Chat, sent proof of NCB, not good enough, wanted proof I was no longer insured with previous company, tried to send proof, was cut off from Live Chat. Repeated the above process on Live Chat at the same time as being 19th in the phone queue, Live Chat was hopeless, finally got through on the phone, sent required email again and it was finally sorted. Unfortunately this all took over an hour!!
