Rang to cancel my policy. Never felt so underwhelmed as an existing customer. Got the general impression they couldn't care less if I moved providers. Expected to be asked if they could match what I'd been offered. Was just told the best day to call them. That's right, I have to remember to ring them closer to my renewal date! Pretty sure this is so you might forget and bingo, you've got to pay them more. Thanks OneCall.
