All was well and I was very happy with the service but I had trouble giving them my no claims proof. I uploaded the letter from my previous insurer but received letters stating my letter was 'unacceptable due to meeting our requirement'. It was a pdf - they don't come much clearer! Bit worrying as the letter states if I don't send proof within 7 days I will get charges or possible cancellation of policy! I tried live chat but it is unavailable, then states it is open 8am until 8pm. There is no telephone number on the letter or email. A great shame and it seemed very efficient service until you need to speak to them. Hopefully it is just a glitch.
