Shame really, I was happy to take out an additional policy on a second vehicle. When trying to add on my discount is really was a living hell. I was passed from online team to sales phone team then back to online team over 2 days. At which point no one seems to tell me how to deploy the discount code. At one point I was told there is nothing more we can do to help you until I suggested that perhaps a screen shot would help. Within 2 minutes a screen shot came through an all was able to proceed. I nearly gave up and took my custom elsewhere.
