No online chat available for hours. clearly not enough staff, I've been trying all morning, wasted a good few hours of my day.
Long waiting times on telephone, I've been on phone for
1 hour and 5 mins (mostly on hold) to discuss or to try to cancel new policy, staff impatient and quite rude, i would not recommend or use in future.
