It took me two days to change my vehicle. Chatted to Natasha first day, I paid £24 admin fee and then nothing. Had to queue next day on chat again, spoke to James who told me it had not been processed, I checked because I was picking up a new vehicle same day, just as well !! Also my excess was increased to £650 !! why...I never really got a good answer, don't think I'll be renewing next year.
