My experience with One-Call has been terrible and I would avoid at all costs. I am going FCA for help.
Reece the chat handler, was a excellent, he went through all my file with me and got me the info I asked for. He was polite and professional. Apart from my discussion with Reece, the whole experience has been a negative one.
