After having two payments go out of my bank, one of which was for a car I no longer have and one call know this, I then phoned up to ask for my money back, after waiting for over fifteen minutes I was hung up on. So I tried the online as suggested by the phone call, spoke to person called Daniel asking for his help and was then told “please phone up and enquire on the platinum service.
I still have to phone again tomorrow as my patience was running very low. I have never left a negative comment but I think this time it’s justified as to be fair I think someone should have phoned me regarding this matter.
