I found the Live Chat application to be a nightmare, albeit the operator once connected on the other end was good. Everytime I was directed to another page for example, payments, I lost the Live Chat thread! Didn't find the online experience at all user friendly. I only wanted to add Business to my car policy and it seemed to be never ending.
