"Stay clear .......
Had to cancel policy early due to renewal quote being too high. Found a new insurer and cancelled 3 weeks in advance. Then started receiving renewal confirmations emails. Called to ask what’s going on and they say policy was not cancelled now I have to pay £72 to cancel policy. Ridiculous, Just shocking and disgraceful behaviour towards customers 😡.
