I was left frustrated by my experience with One Call Insurance. The call by your advisor was through and he was polite, but I felt as though I wasn't just taking up my car insurance policy but more it was the opportunity to bombard me with other upsell opportunities at every possible point.
I recognise your team may have to mention some of these but as I had already selected what I wanted from the Compare the Market site I felt this was an unecessary, lengthy and unwelcome process which has left a negative feel about One Call Insurance.
