I wanted to notify One Call about a change of address on my car insurance. They were difficult to contact, the online chat didn't work for much of the day and telephones were busy. They advertise that you can make changes on your portal but many of these are not available at the moment. When I got through on the online chat the advisor said it would have been cheaper to amend the policy on the portal, but as it isn't they would charge £39 admin to make any changes to the policy. This is unreasonable and doesn't reflect the work required the process the amendment which too a couple of minutes.
