Disappointed the Live Chat was down, it told me this after I had filled everything in to alter my insurance. Frustrating because I was told on the automated phone system prior to trying Live Chat that using the phone cost me more - but I had no choice. Good service over the phone, but unimpressed at having to pay more because Liuve Chat was too busy. There was also an unreasonable increase in my insurance in changing from a 2000 Defender 130 to a 1997 Defender 90 and the reasons given were invalid.
