The lady on the phone was helpful at getting the portal access sorted out for me. I then proceeded with this and had to do live chat to change the vehicle in all it has take over 1 hour which is horrendous. This could have all be done on the original phone call and taken less that 10 minutes. The length of time between the answers from the live chat assistant to myself was terrible. They even tried to tell me it was change off address and not vehicle. Shocking service through live chat. He even closed the chat before i could see the final message that he had sent. Absolutely shocking customer service. Curtis was the adviser on live chat.....
