Keep trying to get through on the live chat to speak to some one about my policy. I've been on 3 different chats with different departments and got no where. Each advisor keeps telling me something different. It's all well and good of them to keep pushing the live chats - which I prefer only for me to sit here having wasted over an hour of my time trying to sort things out only to then be told to call. I really, really don't like calling. I hate being put on hold for long periods of time - especially with 3 young children to care for. Live chats are so much easier. This has not been a very good experience at all. I won't be renewing with them.
