slow and frustrating, I spent the best part of 40 minutes on live chat and then while waiting for him to come back to me with a quote, I got a message to say as I hadnt replied (no reply necessary as he was goign to come back to me and asked me to bear with him) The live chat was ended.
we went round and round in circles and achevibed nothing I will be going elsewhere for my insurance quote
