Very poor customer service and as soon as anything changes the company takes it as an opportunity to put excessive charges on the customer!
£39 for a change of address, total rip off. My bank and my home insurance company didn't charge me anything.
You can't even make the change on line. Very disappointing.
It also took a long time to reach an advisor and they were clearly distracted when I was connected , no doubt dealing with many customers at the same time, customer service is a thing of the past.
