I called customer service regarding my direct debt payments and the adviser kept pressing her mute button throughout the call with out asking myself I kept in having to ask if she was still there to which she would reply yeah- so due to this I would only rate this call 2 stars as I used to work for a car insurance company in customer service department and would not call this type of service very good
