I paid for extra breakdown cover and on first breakdown was told I didn’t have roadside assistance, which I did! Sadly few months on I broke down again, to be told I wasn’t covered to be towed home as I was more than 50mile away. All in the terms and conditions they said, I couldn’t find them! The call centre cover seemed to make it up as they went along. What was point in extra cover!! Also I had a call after I set up insurance policy telling me I was told certain things incorrectly and that I needed to be corrected over phone. One Call whole process from start to finish been poor never again.
