I rang up on Monday to change my car insurance from my old car to one I had purchased that day.
I was told i would be given a discount if I did it online, but as I do not work with computers on a daily basis, I personally find it easier to do things by phone.
I think it a absolutely disgusting I was charged nearly forty pounds to do so.
I was kept waiting for ages, the whole process took ages, and the person I was dealing with was not at all friendly.
Not a brilliant experience overall.!!!
