To be clear when I eventually spoke to a lady she was fab. However massive problems dealing with the portal. Everything I did stuck and it was a nightmare. When I eventually got through to the chat line she was ok but the payment portal wouldn’t work. In frustration I had to ring to ensure I was covered - call 28! No doubt people complaining about the same issues as me. Not a great online experience but lady I spoke to was very helpful
Still awaiting email to confirm changes though
