I have had nothing but problems with my insurance policy. Received 2 letters since joining, one to welcome me, the other to say that my policy was about to be cancelled!!! I have wasted a whole afternoon trying to sort this out. jd7 did help me to sort it out but after speaking to him I received a TEXT message and an E MAIL to say that my insurance had not been validated... I would not recommend your company because what I asked for online when I took the insurance out has not been adhered to. I asked for a paper policy to be sent through the post and I keep getting told to look at it online. I want a paper policy!!! I have had to go on chat this evening as could get no one on the phone lines... very poor customer service and I am still unsure that my policy is valid for 12 months after paying upfront. I have never in all my years driving had such a shoddy insurance company to deal with. I am not happy at all with One Call... but was happy with Josh and all his efforts to try to resolve it
