The conversation today with Holly was very good .
Unfortunately, the lady I spoke with yesterday told me not to drive until I received the copy of the insurance certificate . The email was sent at 4:16pm today but the policy was issued yesterday 3:11pm .
I spent 4 miserable hours running around today on public transport believing that my insurance hadn't been issued .
Also the man I spoke to on Wednesday said he would call me back in 10 minutes and didn't return my call . His name was Alan . I had to call your company again yesterday to go through it all over again . And then call again today to enquire when my insurance would begin .
One Call it certainly is not . If you had more like Holly life would be much simpler .
