I used live chat. I explained I had a stroke and i had to sell my car, so I wanted to cancel the policy and get proof of NCD for the future. Firstly, NO sense of compassion that I had suffered this life changing thing.
Secondly NO explanation, just "it will happen when everything is cancelled". I had to probe to get any answers about how I get my money and proof of NCD. Overall pretty rubbish. Won't be using your company again
