Responding to a text / e mail regarding 'outstanding' info on policy , despite to 'calls' via 'chat line' I'm still in the dark as to whether or not I have full cover.Chat line cut off before I could determine if docs uploaded were ok, then contact via chat line again , but issue not fully resolved. I know its a Sunday but,...It's quite worrying getting an e mail/text on a Sunday stating that you need to make contact and then not be able to fully resolve the issue.
