Having a car accident is quite a traumatic experience. Having insurance provides a small amount of comfort. But when the accident isn't your fault, and your having to run around between companies to get them to settle the claim that wasnt your fault, but you are being penalized it just brings the trauma back. I thought my claim was settled, as my car was repaired in April and all sorted. Apparently its still marked as open and the solicitor advised that have been waiting for the invoice the whole time. Why has it taken so long, and now OneCall wont accept evidence from either Axa or the solicitor to confirm I am not at fault. This whole process is flawed, it punishes those who arent at fault. I am having to do your job and i find it incredibly frustrating.
Also i am not happy that i only received the renewal statement 2 weeks before my insurance was due!
